A man has died after getting out of his car and being hit by a lorry on the M3.
Police were called to a crash shortly before 1.30pm yesterday involving a blue Audi Q5 and a blue BMW 320D.
Both drivers pulled over onto the hard shoulder on the northbound carriageway near junction five.

The BMW driver, a man in his 50s from Bracknell, then got out of his vehicle and was hit by a HGV.
He sadly died and his family have been notified.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
A spokesperson said: “Lots of drivers were in the area at the time so we are appealing for anyone who saw the collision or any of the vehicles involved in the moments leading up to the incident to come forward.
“We would particularly like to speak to anyone with relevant dash cam footage.
