Every year, Christmas arrives early to the streets of Romsey and Chandler’s Ford as Father Christmas makes door-to-door visits, supported by the local Round Table.
These visits will start in the first weekend of December and continue to the week before Christmas.
Romsey Round Table chairman Ross Knapman said: “We are delighted to be working with Father Christmas once again to bring some much-needed cheer to Romsey and surrounding areas, especially in tough times such as these.”

Round Table be also collecting donations for local good causes. Mr Knapman added: “Raising lots of money for local good causes is always vital but now it is needed more than ever.”
The group has been working hard to get the sleigh roadworthy over recent weeks.
Chief elf Euan Douglas said: “I cannot wait to get started. You would expect Father Christmas to be emptying sacks not jiggling tins at this busy time but he’s ready and waiting to go!”
Round Table will be publishing times and approximate routes on their Facebook page.
