Two murder accused have made their first crown court appearance following the death of a 22-year-old man.
Tommy West and Aiden West, both from Gosport, appeared at Portsmouth Crown Court on Tuesday.
They are charged with the murder of Levi Webb, robbery and possession of a bladed article.
Tommy West, 18, of Fisgard Road and Aiden West, 24, of Tudor Close have both been remanded into custody.
They are due to appear next at the same court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on January 10.
Sarah Flynn, 35, of James Close, Gosport is also charged with assisting an offender.
She appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court on Monday and was remanded into custody to appear at Portsmouth Crown Court on January 2.
No pleas have been entered at this stage.
Levi died after being seriously assaulted in Keyes Road just after 2.30am on Friday November 24.
His mum Tammy Kent described him as 'the perfect son'.
Five other people were also arrested in connection with the assault.
They are:
- A 45-year-old woman from Fareham arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. She is currently in police custody.
- A 19-year-old man from Gosport arrested on suspicion of murder. He has been released on police bail until February 24.
- A 67-year-old man from Salisbury arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released on police bail until February 25.
- A 22-year-old man from Fareham arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on police bail until February 25.
- A 35-year-old man from Fareham held on suspicion of assisting an offender been released without charge.
