The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
JOSHUA HONAN-PARR, 25, of Ocean View Road, Ventnor. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage, possessing Class B controlled drug, and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker at Southampton on January 1 2023. Community order.
SHANNON BAUMBACK, 33, of Polygon Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to sending indecent/offensive message. Also pleaded guilty to criminal damage at Millbrook Towers on July 25 2023, threatening behaviour, and two counts of assault. Remanded on bail to appear at the same court on December 13 2023.
DYLAN HUGHES, 42, of Chaffinch Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving on A35 Totton Bypass, driving while disqualified, fraudulently altering registration mark/document, and driving with defective tyre. Remanded on unconditional bail to appear at the same court on December 7 2023.
BENEDICT BOANSI, 39, of Raydons Road, Dagenham. Found guilty of driving with no insurance at The Square, Fawley, on May 16 2023. Driving record endorsed. Also found guilty of failing to provide specimen of blood for analysis. Community order, banned from driving for 14 months, fined £300 with £114 victim services surcharge.
LLOYD BAKER, 20, of Coxford Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting an emergency worker at Southampton on June 1 2023. Committed for sentence at Southampton Crown Court on January 4 2024.
CHRISTOPHER REYNOLDS, 33, of Howard Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to burglary with intent to steal at Barrow Hill Road, Copythorne, on July 29 2023. Remanded on conditional bail to appear at the same court on January 31 2024.
ROBERT RICE, 43, of Horsebridge Road, Havant. Pleaded guilty to racially/religiously aggravated harassment/alarm/distress at Southampton on October 11 2022. Fined £180, with £85 costs and £48 victim services surcharge, and told to pay victim £100 compensation.
AARON WALTERS, 33, of Winston Way, Ringwood. Pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour on October 29 2023. One-year conditional discharge with £45 costs and £26 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to obstructing police. One-year conditional discharge.
