The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
DARREN MEDHURST, 33, of Kent Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage at Paignton Road, Southampton, on April 1 2023. Remanded on conditional bail until January 18 2024.
BRIAN SINGH, 26, of Millbrook Road West. Pleaded guilty to racially/religiously aggravated harassment in Southampton on April 9 2023. Remanded on unconditional bail until February 2 2024.
KAMIL FORNAL, 33, of Warburton Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified at Union Road, Southampton, on May 15 2023. Fined £450 with £85 costs, Licence endorsed with six penalty points. Also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. No separate penalty.
LEE CLARK, 33, of Green Pond Lane, Ampfield. Pleaded guilty to assault at Ampfield on October 10 2023. Fined £100 with £85 costs and £114 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Handed community order for each offence.
GEORGINA WILSON, 33, of Emsworth Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving at Foundry Lane, Southampton, on November 9 2023. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £300 with £85 costs and £120 victim services surcharge.
DANIEL POTTER, 33, of Freshfield Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stalking involving fear of violence at Southampton between November 1 2023 and November 9 2023. Jailed for 14 weeks and handed restraining order prohibiting contact with victim.
STEVEN SCAUM, 32, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching restraining order at Oakley Close, Holbury, on November 21 2023. Jailed for 14 weeks for each offence. Two terms to run concurrently.
ROBERT JONES, 34, of Pendleton Gardens, Blackfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing household products from The Range in Southampton on November 22 2023. Also pleaded guilty to stealing wine and food from the Co-op in Southampton on November 29 2023. Remanded on conditional bail until February 12 2024.
