A woman has been seriously injured after a crash in Chandler’s Ford.

Police were called to a collision at the junction of Montgomery Way and Templars Way shortly after 2.30pm on Wednesday.

The crash involved a black Nissan Navara and a red Peugeot 107.

The driver of the Peugeot, a woman in her 70s, is currently in hospital receiving treatment.

Her injuries are serious but not believed to be life-threatening.

Officers are now appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
