Police are investigating the sudden death of a man in his 50s.

Officers were called to Crusader Court in Gosport at 8.02am on Monday by the ambulance service reporting the sudden death of a man in his 50s.

An investigation has been launched over his death.

A police spokesperson said: "The man’s next of kin have been informed, and enquiries remain ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the death."

Officers and paramedics were seen in the street. No one has been arrested.
