TYRESE GEDDES, 29, of Meadow Lane, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to drug driving at Imperial Road, Southampton, on April 17 2023. Banned from driving for 16 months, fined £120 with £85 costs and £48 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to possessing controlled Class B drug. No separate penalty. Also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance. No separate penalty.
GRAHAM BUDGE, 40, of HMP Lewes. Pleaded guilty to stealing candles worth £36 from Wilko in Harbour Parade, Southampton, on April 25 2023. Also pleaded guilty to assault. Remanded in custody to appear at the same court on December 13 2023.
SAMUEL BALLIN, 30, of Windermere Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault at Southampton on June 7 2023. Community order, with requirement to complete 40 hours of unpaid work. Told to pay £85 costs and £114 victim services surcharge.
JONATHAN SIMS, 35, of Burlington Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour at Winchester Road, Southampton, on July 12, 2023, stealing two pressure washers worth £248 from Wickes, and common assault. Remanded in custody until December 14 2023.
ANDREW GODDARD, 37, of Garland Court, Gosport. Pleaded guilty to three counts of using threatening behaviour at Lymington on August 7 2023. Remanded on conditional bail until February 7 2024.
JAMIE FOLEY, 38, of Southampton Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing groceries worth £8.47 from Farm Foods at Southampton on August 20 2023. Also pleaded to assault. Remanded in custody until December 14 2023.
REMUS OLTEANU, 26, of Derby Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified at Portswood Road, Southampton, on September 23 2023. Also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance. Remanded on unconditional bail until January 16 2024.
DARREN EDGE, 45, of Albrook Close, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with sex offenders' register. Handed 12-week jail sentence, suspended for 12 weeks.
