The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
LUKE BOYLAN, 31, of St Austell Close, Bishopstoke pleaded guilty to assault by beating of an emergency worker, common assault and failing or refusing to provide a sample for a Class A drug test. He was jailed for 24 weeks.
BETHANY FEE, 27, of Romsey Road, Cadnam admitted driving without a licence and driving without insurance in Southampton. She was fined £100 and banned from driving for 12 months. Fee also received six points on her licence and must pay court costs of £85.
AARON JOHNSON, 38, of Ringwood Road, Totton was convicted of drink driving on Maynard Road, Totton. He was caught with 59 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Johnson was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £500. He must pay £650 court costs and a £200 surcharge.

WILLIAM MANNING, 62, of Dene Close, Chilworth admitted a charge of assault by beating. He was sentenced to four weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay £670 compensation. He must pay court costs of £85 and a £154 surcharge.
KATHRYN BLUETT, 61, of Coxford Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to drink driving in a Fiat at Tesco supermarket car park in Millbrook. She was caught with 88 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood. Bluett was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £288. She must pay £85 court costs and a £115 surcharge.
SHANNON BAUMBACK, 33, of Polygon Road, Southampton admitted sending a letter, communication or article conveying an indecent or offensive message in Southampton. She also admitted assault by beating, criminal damage to a truck at Millbrook Towers and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. She was given a one-year community order with a six-month alcohol treatment requirement and 20 days of rehabilitation activity. Baumback was excluded from entering Southampton within the boundaries of Windermere Avenue and Queens Lane for a year. A restraining order was also made for the next year. She must pay a fine and £85 court costs.
