The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
RYAN KELLY, 34, of Manor Farm Road, Bitterne pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order by sending messages on TikTok and Instagram. Kelly was fined £80. A one-year restraining order was issued. Kelly must also pay a £32 surcharge.
MICHAEL JOHNSON, 34, of Portswood Road, Southampton admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis. Johnson was fined £100 and must pay £85 court costs. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.
EMMA DARBYSHIRE, 39, of Wilverley Close, Pennington, pleaded guilty to drug driving on Wilverley Close. She was caught with THC - a breakdown product of cannabis in her blood. She was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £170. Darbyshire must pay £85 court costs and a £68 surcharge.

TERRY CONNOLLY, 45, of Lawn Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to criminal damage after damaging a door owned by Homegroup Charity in Southampton. Connolly was fined £80.
ANTONIO SERRANO PURDEW, 31, of Weston Lane, Southampton admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place on High Street, Southampton. Purdew was fined £120 and was ordered to pay £85 court costs plus a £48 surcharge.
THOMAS HAVLIN, 31, of Cosworth Drive, Dibden pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention on Mountbatten Way, Southampton. He was behind the wheel of a Skoda Fabia at the time. Havlin was disqualified for six months and received five penalty points. He must pay a £266 fine, £110 court costs and a £106 surcharge.
JAMIE FOLEY, 38, of Southampton Street, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop relating to £8.47 worth of groceries stolen from Farm Foods in Southampton. He also admitted assault by beating. Foley was ordered to pay £108.47 compensation and was jailed for eight weeks.
