The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
KENNETH LEWIS, 51, of no fixed abode pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a shop. These relate to £113 worth of clothing stolen from Superdry in Southampton and £95.98 worth of champagne stolen from John Lewis in Southampton. He was fined £50 for each offence.
AARON ANDERSON, 40, of Blackeney Road, Southampton admitted a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm after an incident in Southampton. He received a community order until June 18, 2025, with 30 rehabilitation days and a £120 fine. Anderson must pay court costs of £85 plus a £114 surcharge.
MICHAEL MINISTER, 38, of Ceder Road, Southampton admitted drink driving a Lexmoto LXR at Hythe. He was caught with 87 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Minister was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £120. He must pay £85 court costs and a £48 surcharge.

TIMOTHY READ, 37, of Canon Place, Southampton pleaded guilty to drink driving after he was caught driving an Alfa Romeo on Hinkler Road with 54 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of his breath. Read was disqualified for 36 months and fined £600. He must pay £85 court costs and a £240 surcharge.
MARVIN GEDDES, 32, Epping Close, Southampton admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis on Southern Road, Southampton. He received a conditional discharge of six months and an order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs. Geddes must pay £85 court costs.
DAVID CULLEN, 33, of Dinham Road, Ashley admitted a single count of theft from a shop after he stole three bottles of Smirnoff vodka from Tesco in Caird Avenue, New Milton. The value of the vodka was £72. Cullen was given a 49-week conditional discharge and must pay £72 compensation.
