Joining a gym can often be a promise made to oneself as part of New Year's Resolutions, and a few gyms in Southampton are offering membership deals for the start of 2024.

The Gym Group

The Gym Group has a few locations dotted around Southampton and is offering a deal with no joining fee for the start of 2024.

This is available on the ultimate, standard and off-peak monthly memberships using the code 'Save'.

Their cheapest deal is an off-peak membership at £16.99 a month, which has fewer perks compared to the other two types.

PureGym is another establishment that has a few gyms dotted around Southampton, with its current pricing being £16,99 a month with a £10 joining fee.

The 24-hour gym chain is no contract, so you can leave anytime if you are not enjoying it.

Spartans Gym

Spartans Gym over in Freemantle describes itself as an 'old school non-commercial' gym and offers prices of £30.99 per month.

Snap Fitness

Snap Fitness has two locations in the Southampton area (at Woolston and Nursling) and offers a fixed 12-month membership at £30.95 per month.

This is slightly cheaper than the flexible rolling monthly contract at £33.95 per month.

At the time of writing the Snap Fitness website pages for the two Southampton gyms are showing a £0 joining fee as well.
