The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
BRIAN PARKER, 58, of Shirley Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a fence and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was bailed to appear at the same court on January 17 for sentencing.
CHRIS COLLINS, 19, of Tunstall Road, Southampton admitted handling stolen goods, namely an e-scooter worth £530 in Southampton. He was fined £80 and must pay £85 court costs.
MUTANSER SNOBER, 46, of St Leonards, Ringwood pleaded guilty to drink driving after he was caught driving an Audi A5 on Millbrook Road West in Southampton. Snober had 100 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath at the time. He has been given an interim disqualification and was bailed to appear at the same court on February 23 for sentencing.

AARON ANDERSON, 40, of Blakeney Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was given a community order until June 18, 2025, with 30 rehabilitation days and a £120 fine. Anderson must also pay court costs of £85 and a £114 surcharge.
AARON CROW, 28, of Stuart Crescent, Winchester admitted stalking without fear, alarm or distress in Southampton, namely that he followed, called and messaged his victim. He was bailed to appear at the same court on February 21 for sentencing.
SIMON MCHUGH, 49, of HMP Coldingley pleaded guilty to drug driving a blue Honda Civic on Holland Road, Totton. This relates to Benzoylecgonine - a break-down product of cocaine. McHugh was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £120. He must also pay £85 court costs plus a £48 surcharge.
PHILIP ANDERS, 69, of International Way, Southampton admitted driving without insurance on the westbound M27 at junction five. He was driving a Ford Mondeo. Anders was disqualified for six months and received six points. He must pay a £177 fine, £110 court costs and a £71 surcharge.
