Hampshire Constabulary has sacked an officer who repeatedly misused its record management system.
A statement issued after a misconduct hearing said PC Wayne Cockman abused the system seven times between 2018 and 2021.
It added: "It was alleged that the behaviour of this officer had fallen below the standards of police officers, and as such his conduct amounted to the Breach of Standards of Professional Behaviour in relation to Integrity, Discreditable Conduct and Confidentiality.
"All allegations were found to be proven at the Accelerated Misconduct Hearing.
"The officer was dismissed with immediate effect and placed on the College Of Policing Barred List."
The statement does not say how or why PC Cockman misused the system.
