A major Southampton road has now reopened following yesterday's deluge.
Thomas Lewis Way was shut this morning after being flooded.
Pictures shared on social media showed cars driving through flood water after heavy rain turned the road into a river.

Similar scenes were seen in Millbrook Road West where traffic was reduced to one lane at the junction with Paynes Road.
The road remains closed outbound today alongside a number of other streets across the city.
Flood warnings are also in place in parts of Southampton due to high water levels in rivers and streams.
The heavy downpours come just days after Storm Henk brought gale force winds and heavy rain to Southampton.
Tuesday's storm caused chaos on the railways with the vast majority of services delayed or cancelled.
No Met Office warnings are in place across Southampton today.
