The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
MARIGLEN MUCA, 41, of Charles Knott Gardens, Southampton admitted speeding on the M3 near Basingstoke. he was caught by manned equipment driving a Peugeot 208 at 90mph. The speed limit on that stretch of road, between junctions seven and six northbound, was 70mph. He was fined £220 and received three points on his licence. He was ordered to pay court costs of £85 and an £88 surcharge.
STUART POOLE, 62, of Fair Oak Court, Fair Oak admitted three counts of theft from a shop after he stole an £8.95 bottle of wine and eight cans of Kronenbourg lager. The total value of the goods was £22.45. They were stolen from Shell in Southampton and Tesco in Winchester. Poole was ordered to pay £22.45 in compensation.
JAKE BAINBRIDGE, 28, of Testlands Avenue, Nursling admitted drink driving on Romsey Road, Southampton. He was caught with 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Bainbridge was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £500. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a £200 surcharge.

TAMMY JORDAN, 48, of Wildern Court, Hedge End pleaded guilty to drug driving on Telegraph Road, Southampton. She was driving a Vauxhall Corsa when she was found with Benzoylecgonine - a breakdown product of cocaine in her blood. She received a one-year community order with 20 rehabilitation activity days. She was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £120. Jordan must also pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
GEORGE BERRY, 30, of Canford Road, Bournemouth admitted driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance. The offences were committed in a Ford Transit on Luzborough Lane in Romsey. Berry was given a one-year community order with 15 rehabilitation days and a £450 fine. He must pay £185 court costs.
