Police have found a missing man from Southampton.
When launching an appeal earlier today, officers said they were ‘very concerned’ for the welfare of missing man John Canning.
The 68-year-old was last seen at approximately 10.25am on Friday, January in the Tremona Road area.
John was described as white, approximately 5ft8ins tall, of medium build, with distinctive grey shoulder-length hair and beard.
He also speaks with an Irish accent and has links to Totton.

He was last seen wearing a plaid shirt, dark blue trousers, a blue jacket, black woolly hat with a hole in the top and brown shoes.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Constabulary said at the time: “We are very concerned for John’s welfare and are now asking anyone who has seen him to please contact police.
“If you see John please call 999 quoting reference 44240006270.”
He was found as of 6pm today.
