The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
ALBERT CLARK, 81, of Moat Lane, Barton-on-Sea pleaded guilty to drink driving in a Skoda Fabia on Whitefield Road, New Milton. He was found to have 57 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Clark was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £120. He must also pay court costs of £85 and a £46 surcharge.
CHRISTOPHER WOOD, 33, of no fixed abode pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Southampton. He also admitted assault by beating in Eastleigh. Wood was remanded in custody to appear at the same court on February 1 for sentencing.

DAVID PERKS, 37, of Testwood Crescent, Totton pleaded guilty to drink driving a Vauxhall Adam on Calmore Road, Southampton. He was caught with 77 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Perks was banned from driving for 19 months and fined £323. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £129 surcharge.
CALLUM KING, 23, of Whites Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating and assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police constable. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £100 compensation.
DYLAN HUGHES, 42, of Chaffinch Close, Totton admitted driving whilst disqualified, fraudulently altering a registration mark or registration document, drug driving and using a vehicle with the tyre ply or cord exposed. The offences relate to a Toyota Yaris he was driving on the A35 Totton Bypass. He was given an eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months with up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. Hughes was also banned from driving for three years and must pay £85 court costs plus a £154 surcharge.
