THEO DENHAM, 19, of Corbin Road, Pennington admitted to using a vehicle in a condition likely to cause danger. This relates to a Ford Fiesta he was driving on Milford Road, Lymington with too many passengers. He also pleaded guilty to drink driving after he was caught with 99 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Denham was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £600. He must pay £85 court costs plus a £240 surcharge.
CRAIG GRIFFITHS, 34, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after he stole items worth £13.20 from Welcome Co-Op in Southampton. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £13.20 compensation as well as £85 court costs.

JOSEPH ARNOLD, 33, of no fixed abode admitted three counts of theft from a shop after he stole Red Bull worth £1.80 and five packets of steak worth £27.50 from Morrisons, Totton. He also stole £132 worth of spirits from Asda in Maynard Road, Totton. Arnold also pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to food to the value of £15 and common assault at Tesco Express in Calmore. He was ordered to pay a £320 fine and £226.30 in compensation.
SAMSON AJIBODE, 36, of Hill Lane, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving without a licence, driving without insurance and drink driving on Raymond Road, Southampton. He was driving a Toyota Corolla when he was found to have 82 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of his breath. Ajibode was banned from driving for 24 months and must pay a £1,250 fine, £85 court costs and a £500 surcharge.
KIERAN SNELLING, 32, of HMP Lewes admitted two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence in Eastleigh. He also pleaded guilty to two charges of assault by beating. Snelling was jailed for 20 weeks and must pay £420 in compensation.
