A free hot pod yoga class is being offered at an open day this weekend.
Yogis at Hotpod Yoga Southampton in The Marlands are gearing up for an influx of people seeking out a new fitness and wellness experience this new year.
An hour-long class in the hot yoga pod, which is regulated at 37 degrees, will run from 2pm to 3pm on Saturday (January 27) as part of the open day with other introductory offers also available.
Hot Pod Yoga Southampton owner Shennon Slade said “A Hotpod Yoga class is a one-of-a-kind experience that caters to all levels. It’s an immersive, multi-sensory experience that feels a million miles from the everyday. Glowing lights, rhythmic beats, aromatic scents, all wrapped up in a comfortable 37 degree heat.”
Hotpod Yoga is Europe’s largest yoga business. Since 2013, over 100,000 people have immersed themselves in a class at one of their 50 plus locations around the world, including in The Marlands. The England football team are among advocates.
