The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
RYAN WARD, 34, of HMP Winchester pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Southampton. The victim of the offence was a Police Constable. Ward was ordered to pay £50 compensation and a £120 fine. He must also pay court costs of £40.
AARON FORD, 39, of Swaythling Road, Havant admitted speeding on the M27 near Fareham. He was travelling westbound between junctions ten and nine in a Mercedes when he was caught by an automatic camera at 112mph. The national 70mph speed limit was in place at the time. Ford was disqualified from driving for seven days and fined £600. He was also ordered to pay £110 court costs and a £240 surcharge.
MILEN METEV, 40, of Kingston Road, London was found guilty of exceeding a 40mph speed limit on the A27 Spur Road in Fareham. He was driving a Mitsubishi L200 when he was clocked at 55mph by manned speeding equipment. Metev was fined £220 and received three points on his licence. He must also pay £110 court costs and a £88 surcharge.

EMIL BLEBEA, 49, of The Polygon, Southampton admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress at The Polygon, Southampton. Blebea was fined £450 and must pay £85 court costs plus a £180 surcharge.
GERT MAZRREKU, 31, of Shepherds Road, Winchester pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and driving without insurance on Garnier Road in Winchester. He was driving a Peugeot at the time. Mazrreku was banned for six months and fined £923. He must also pay £110 court costs and a £369 surcharge.
LUKE NICHOLSON, 43, of Honeywood Close, Hilsea admitted driving without insurance. He also pleaded guilty to exceeding a 40mph speed limit on the A27 Spur Road in Fareham. He was driving a Ford Transit when he was caught by manned speeding equipment at 60mph. Nicholson was banned for six months and received eight points. He must pay a £120 fine, £110 court costs and a £48 surcharge.
