An arts and crafts studio could become a one-bedroom bungalow if plans are given the green light.
Developers are planning to convert an outbuilding at Allington Manor into a small but comfortable property.
It was built in 1990 and used as a storage building for several years.
But now the owner needs living accommodation ‘on one level’ and hopes to convert the space into a bungalow.

Developers said: “The proposal will provide a detached bungalow.
“The existing building is two storey and now due to age my client needs living accommodation on one level.
“The existing building needs redeveloping to today’s standards.
“The proposed development should not propose a nuisance to neighbouring properties because it does not overlook, overshadow or cut out natural light.”
A decision on the plans will be made on April 2 following a consultation period.
