The other day I went shopping in the Bitterne precinct and needed to go to the loo so I decided to use the men’s loo in between Sainsbury’s and their car park and when I entered the loo the smell was absolutely awful.
The floor was very slippery and wet in fact another gentleman nearly slipped coming out.
On reaching the urinal itself the porcelain really was yellow and filthy - and again the smell was even worse.
Surely the owners must have enough cash to keep an eye on all these amenities - I know it’s free but the toilet really does need a makeover.
Goodness knows what state the ladies is in. I came out of that loo feeling quite sick.
