A Southampton man has been charged with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine after police seized drugs worth up to £4,200.
Mohamed Bailoh Bah, 22, of Milton Road, is due to appear before city magistrates on Friday, February 16.
A police spokesperson said: "Officers from Southampton’s Priority Crime Team were patrolling the Northam area when they spotted what they suspected to be drug-related activity.
"A man was detained and searched on Derby Road under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and suspected Class A drugs worth between £3,000 and £4,200 and cash were located.
"Mohamed Bailoh Bah was arrested and has now been charged with possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
"He has been remanded into custody and will appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court."
