The alleged rape of a teenage woman in a Hampshire city centre last weekend had led to a man being charged.
A police investigation was launched after receiving a report that the 19-year-old was raped on Winston Churchill Avenue in Portsmouth at round 1.15am on Sunday.
The woman is currently being supported by specialist officers.

Officers have been trying to establish the full circumstances of what had happened and have now charged a man.
Sebastine Kava Liliu, aged 24, of no fixed address, has been charged with rape. He has been remanded to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court today.
A 28-year-old man from Portsmouth previously arrested on suspicion of rape has been released without charge and will face no further action.
