The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
FRAZER TURNER, 26, of Worrell Drive, Poole pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention, driving without a licence and driving without insurance on the A33 and Tebourba Way, Southampton. He was driving a Vauxhall Astra at the time. He also admitted failing to stop a vehicle for police on Shirley Road. Turner was banned from driving for two years and fined £500. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £200 surcharge.
MARTIN MEADOWS, 32, of Roundhill Close, Southampton admitted to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £85 court costs plus a £32 surcharge. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.
SEBASTIAN AVRAM, 54, of Chestnut Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to drink driving on Shirley Road, Southampton. He was driving a Volkswagen Transporter van. Avram was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £300. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £120 surcharge.

RAYMOND KATJINAANI, 28, of Brighton Road, Croydon pleaded guilty to driving without a licence, drink driving and driving without insurance. The offences were committed on Highfield Lane, Southampton whilst he was driving an Audi A3. Katjinaani was given a community order until March 14, 2025, with 80 hours of unpaid work and a 22-month driving ban. He must pay a £114 surcharge.
KERRY PHILLIPS, 34, of Bournemouth pleaded guilty to four counts of theft from a shop after £192.45 of food and drink was stolen during incidents at Morrison and Tesco in New Milton. Toys worth £336 were also taken from Tesco New Milton and groceries worth £116.15 from Tesco in Christchurch. She was given a five-month sentence suspended for 12 months with 20 rehabilitation days. Phillips must pay £552.15 compensation and £85 court costs.
