Broadband provider toob has issued a statement after customers experienced service issues earlier today.
Following the network issue, which lasted around an hour, engineers quickly worked to resolve it.
According to the fibre broadband supplier, which covers Southampton and Hampshire, its teams continue to monitor the network and all customers should have reconnected automatically.
In a message to customers, toob added: "If you’re still experiencing any issues getting online, please power off the wall-mounted fibre box and wi-fi router, turning them back on again after a short period. Your connection may take a minute to re-establish.
"We absolutely recognise the importance of reliable broadband and we sincerely apologise for the disruption this incident would have caused you."
It comes after the fibre broadband supplier suffered an outage for several hours last week.
The outage has prompted a fiery backlash from customers.
