A video shared online shows the moment firefighters tackled a fire at Osborne View Hotel which broke out this morning.
The footage captured by UK News in Pictures shows crews on a turntable ladder at the historic pub in Hill Head.
Flames reached heights of up to 20ft in the air as crews from all over the county were called to help tackle it.
Footage captured around sunrise also shows the destruction left behind following the fire.
Around 10 crews were called out to tackle the fire that broke out around 2.30am.
There were crews from all over the county like Fareham, Gosport, Cosham, Portchester, Southsea, Eastleigh, Hightown, Beaulieu, Romsey and Ringwood.
It is thought that around 60 firefighters are involved.
A statement from Matt Kearsey, Managing Director, Hall & Woodhouse, regarding the fire at the Osborne View Hotel said: "A serious fire broke out at the Osborne View Hotel in Fareham in the early hours of this morning (Thursday 22nd February).
"Thankfully, all team onsite evacuated before coming to any harm. The wellbeing of all those affected is our primary concern and we will be providing support and reassurance to all those who require it.
"Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service were quickly in attendance and are helping to bring the fire under control. I would like to pass on my deepest gratitude to the emergency crews for their swift action and bravery.
"We will be supporting the emergency services fully in any forthcoming investigation into the cause of the fire."
