The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
DARRYL ROSS, 49, of Linacre Road, Thornhill pleaded guilty to common assault and theft from a shop. This relates to alcohol worth £13.98 which he stole from Asda in Southampton. Ross was jailed for four weeks and must pay £20 compensation.
JAMES CANNON, 37, of Shamblehurst Lane North, Botley admitted to drink driving on West End High Street. He was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £250. Cannon must pay £85 court costs and a £100 surcharge.
HANNAH WILDSMITH, 33, of Falkland Road, Chandler's Ford pleaded guilty to drink driving a grey Volkswagen on Bishopstoke Road. She was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £101. Wildsmith must also pay £85 court costs and a £40 surcharge.
JASON CRIDDLE, 43, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton admitted two counts of failing to comply with a section 35 direction excluding a person from an area. This relates to incidents where he went to London Road and Marlands Shopping Centre in Southampton. Criddle received a 12-month conditional discharge.

ZOE HUNT, 43, of Middleton Close, Southampton pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving on Adelaide Road, Southampton. She was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120. Hunt must pay £85 court costs and a £48 surcharge.
JASON BENNETT, 36, of North Front, Southampton admitted to theft from a shop after he stole £220 worth of Saints t-shirts from JD on Above Bar Street. Bennett was given a community order until March 4 with a curfew for two weeks. He must pay £220 compensation.
TONY HARDING, 42, of Winchester Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to drug driving on Burgess Road. He was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £67. Harding must also pay £85 court costs and a £27 surcharge.
