A man who made off from a petrol station without paying also stole almost £400 from supermarkets.
Shane Wright stole £383.73 worth of drinks, confectionary and meat from Morrisons in Totton.
He also stole stock to the value of £12 from Tesco in Calmore.
The offences were committed during a seven-month crime spree which also saw him make off without paying for diesel at Morrisons in Spruce Drive.

The total value of the fuel was £87.23.
Wright, of Brunswick Place, Totton pleaded guilty to nine counts of theft from a shop at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
The 21-year-old also admitted a single charge of making off without payment.
The offences were committed between June 28, 2023 and January 30, 2024.
He was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison and must pay back £332 in compensation.
