A large pile of wooden pallets and branches were dumped in the car park of an industrial estate.
The mountain of rubbish was left at Ensign Way in Hamble on February 15 by a person driving a white flatbed truck.
A chair and packaging were also found amongst the waste.

The incident has sparked an investigation by Eastleigh Borough Council, who are looking for anyone with information to come forward.
A spokesperson said: “Do you have information regarding a large fly-tip at Ensign Way, Hamble on February 15 at 8.35pm by a White flatbed truck.
“If you have information on the waste origin, witnessed the dumping, possess dashcam/CCTV footage, or saw the transporting vehicle, please report online at https://ow.ly/yLOt50QHKZo”
Defra (Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) recently revealed the worst places for fly-tipping in Hampshire.
Eastleigh ranked at number 10 out of 13, with 665 recorded incidents in the borough in the 2022/23 financial year.
This was down 19.5 per cent on the previous year.
