The Met Office issued two yellow warnings for rain and wind which affect much of Hampshire today.
The warning for rain started at midnight and will end at 3pm this afternoon, whereas the wind warning came into place at midnight.

"Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer."
Meanwhile, for the windy conditions, it said: "Strong winds will move east across coastal areas of southwest and southern England this morning leading to some disruption.
"Some bus and train services affected, with some journeys taking longer.
"Some short-term loss of power and other services.
"Coastal routes, sea fronts and coastal communities will be affected by spray and/or large waves."
