A police appeal has been launched to reunite a stolen teddy bear with its owner.
Officers responded to reports of a group of youths causing trouble in the Seafield Park Road area of Hill Head on Tuesday.
The teenagers were aged between 15 and 18 and are thought to have been out into the early hours due to schools being shut for February half-term.
They were seen again later that morning, and although one ran from the officers, six were spoken to by the police and gave their details.
Police later found a teddy bear had been discarded in a bush alongside gloves and face coverings.
An appeal has now been launched on Facebook to get the teddy back to its owner.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: “It’s suspected that this teddy may have been stolen, and the local District Policing Team have issued an appeal online to find the owner."
