The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
THOMAS POLLARD, 29, of Lapwing Drive, Totton pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving a Vauxhall Vivaro on Calmore Road, Totton. He also admitted driving without insurance. Pollard was banned for 17 months and fined £500. He was ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £200 surcharge.
ANETA POTOCZNA-SERWATKA, 43, of Primrose Road, Southampton admitted drink driving a black BMW on Oxford Street, Southampton. The 43-year-old was caught with 88 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Potoczna-Serwatka was banned from driving for 22 months and must pay a £413 fine plus £85 court costs and a £165 surcharge.
ZAIN AHMED, 21, of Vine Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to possessing an offensive weapon in a public place. This relates to a machete which he was found with at Town Quay Park, Southampton. Ahmed was given a community order with 12 rehabilitation days and 125 hours of unpaid work. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the machete. He must pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.

DJAMINA CASE, 39, of Southampton Street, Southampton pleaded guilty to four counts of failing to comply with a community protection notice. He also admitted a charge of assault by beating. Cade received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay a £26 surcharge.
MICHAEL KIPLING, 36, of Kingston Road, Southampton admitted harassment in breach of a restraining order at St Johns Road, Eastleigh. He was jailed for five months.
KYLE BONE, 31, of Shirley Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to harassment without violence and common assault in Chandler's Ford. He was jailed for eight weeks and must pay a £154 surcharge. A restraining order was made banning him from contacting his victim for the next two years.
