A vehicle has been seized by police on the M27 after the driver was detained for immigration offences.
Officers from the Hampshire Roads Policing Unit stopped a BMW that was spotted in ‘suspicious circumstances’ on the M27.
Both the driver and the passenger of the vehicle were detained for immigration offences and the BMW was seized by officers as the driver of the car had no licence and no insurance.

Posting on X, an officer said: “BMW seen in suspicious circumstances and stopped tactically on the M27.
“Driver and passenger detained for immigration offences and vehicle seized for no insurance or driving licence.”
