The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
SEBASTIAN FURNELL, 30, of Hillyfields, Southampton pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to bail at Poole Magistrates' Court, obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of their duty and wilfully obstructing a highway, namely The Dorset Way. He was fined £200 and must pay £85 court costs plus an £80 surcharge.
NATASHA NILSEN, 44, of Northgate Lane, Beaulieu admitted to failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Southampton. She was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £465. Nilsen must also pay £85 court costs and a £186 surcharge.
LAURA BELLOWS, 30, of Bitterne Road West, Southampton pleaded guilty to speeding on Bitterne Road West in a Volkswagen. She was caught by manned speeding equipment driving at 40mph. The speed limit is 30mph. Bellows was fined £73 and received three points on her licence. She must pay £85 court costs and a £29 surcharge.

KEVIN GIBBONS, 65, of Kings Lane, Sway admitted to using a phone whilst driving a Renault Master on the M3 northbound at Fleet. He was fined £54 and received six points on his licence. Gibbons must also pay £125 court costs and a £22 surcharge.
RICHARD BROWN, 53, of Silver Birches, Bursledon admitted a charge of theft from a shop after he stole £30 worth of bagels and washing tablets from One Stop in Southampton. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £30 in compensation. Brown must also pay a £26 surcharge.
AMY WALDOCK, 30, of Southampton Street, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after stealing a Musc Noir Narciso Rodriguez For Her gift set worth £114 from John Lewis. She received a six-month conditional discharge.
GARY SMITH, 36, of Barnfield Road, Orpington pleaded guilty to theft of a motor vehicle. This relates to a Seat Leon he stole in Southampton. Smith was jailed for eight weeks.
