An appeal was launched to find her on Friday, March 8.
At the time, a police spokesperson described her as 5ft 2in tall, with dark brown hair down to her waist, a large mole on her right cheek and a heart tattoo on her left forearm.
For more than a week, officers searched for the girl - but made a startling discovery when it turned out Luliana had left the country.
This morning, a Hampshire police spokesman confirmed she had been found safe and well by police in Romania - more than 1,500 miles away.
