The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
JASON BUTT, 52, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a community protection notice by entering Boots on Shirley High Street. He received a six-month conditional discharge.
CATHERINE VINE, 40, of Ash Close, Hythe admitted carrying in or on a motor vehicle taken without the owner's consent. This relates to a blue Honda Civic. Vine also pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after Deperadoes, Weetabix, Fanta, Beef and Tomato Pot Noodle and salmon were stolen from Co-Op in Hamble-le-Rice. She was given a one-year community order with 20 rehabilitation days and three points on her licence. Vine must pay £93.50 compensation.
YASMIN HAMILTON, 28, of Shalbourne Road, Gosport pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified on Brockhurst Road, Gosport. She also admitted drink driving a BMW X3 on the M27 and two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker. She was driving a Ford C-Max at the time. Hamilton received a one-year community order with 15 rehabilitation days, 150 hours of unpaid work and a 42-month driving ban. She was ordered to pay £200 compensation.

ADAM FISHER, 50, of Belmont Road, Chandler's Ford admitted assault by beating. He was ordered to pay a £448 fine, £85 court costs and a £179 surcharge.
WALDEMAR MIERZWA, 64, of Burghclere Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He received a one-year community order with 12 rehabilitation days and a £120 fine. Mierzwa must pay a £114 surcharge.
TINO MAVUNGA, 22, of Bourne Road, Southampton admitted to failing to provide a specimen for analysis. He was given a one-year community order with 120 hours of unpaid work and an 18-month driving ban Mavunga must pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
