The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
JOSHUA HILL, 21, of Bell Lane, Blackfield pleaded guilty to drug driving on Ringwood Road, Totton and driving without due care and attention on Maynard Road. He was driving a Ford Fiesta at the time of both offences. Hill was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £400. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £160 surcharge.
DONNA MCINTOSH, 42, of Waterloo Road, Southampton admitted to using a phone whilst driving a Land Rover Discovery on Bassett Avenue. She was fined £40 and received six points on her licence. McIntosh must also pay a £16 surcharge.
ADAM LANGDOWN, 39, of Bassett Crescent West, Southampton pleaded guilty to using a phone whilst driving on Winchester Road. He was behind the wheel of a Vauxhall. Langdown was fined £220 and received six points on his licence. He must also pay £110 court costs and an £88 surcharge.

JOE CHAMBERLAIN, 28, of Meadow Road, Lymington was found guilty of assault by beating on St Thomas Street, Lymington. He received a four-month sentence suspended for 18 months with 100 hours of unpaid work and up to ten rehabilitation days. He must also complete a 32-day Building Better Relationships programme. Chamberlain must pay £620 court costs and a £154 surcharge.
SUFIAN SHERE, 27, of Violet Road, Southampton admitted drink driving a Ford Fusion on The Avenue. Shere was caught with 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The 27-year-old was banned for 20 months, fined £180 and must pay £85 court costs and a £72 surcharge.
DELL SMITH, 48, of Manor Road, New Milton pleaded guilty to drink driving on Dark Lane at Hinton St Michael. He was caught with 69 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Smith was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £1,400. He must pay £85 court costs and a £560 surcharge.
