A man has died after falling from a flat balcony in Southampton.
Police were called at 8.47pm on Friday March 29 to reports that a man had fallen from a flat balcony at Centenary Plaza.
Emergency services descended on the Woolston neighbourhood but sadly the man was pronounced dead at the scene, police added.
His family have been informed.

Officers were seen today carrying out enquiries outside Vantage towers to establish the circumstances of the event.
The police's full statement read: "We were called at 8.47pm on Friday, 29 March to reports of a man having suffered a fall from height from a flat balcony at Centenary Plaza, Southampton.
"Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene
"His family has been informed.
"Officers are conducting enquiries to establish the circumstances that led to this incident."
