Seven people have been injured in a crash on the M27 that saw a car flipped onto its side.
The crash took place between junctions 10 and 11 on the M27 yesterday, March 31, at just before 9.30am on Sunday morning.
It blocked two lanes on the westbound carriageway, causing delays.
The amount of vehicles involved is unclear. According to the fire service, two vehicles were involved in the crash - but police said three were involved.
A spokesman for the fire service said on Sunday: "Crews from Cosham and Fareham were called to the M27 westbound, between junctions 10 and 11, shortly before 9:30am this morning following a road traffic incident involving two vehicles.
"One vehicle had gone onto its side and the other was left blocking the road.
"Seven walking wounded casualties were assessed by paramedics and firefighters.
"Crews left the scene at 10:00am after they had made the scene safe."
Police were also involved.
A spokesperson from the force said: "We were called to a three-vehicle minor injury collision on the M27 yesterday morning, March 31 at 9.27am.
"Debris had to be removed from the carriageway. Enquiries are ongoing."
