These are the latest food hygiene ratings for Southampton.
New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 11 of Southampton’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
A five rating is the highest that can be handed out, meaning an establishment has top hygiene standards.
A one rating is the lowest possible rating.
Restaurants, cafes and canteens
The following ratings have been given to four restaurants, cafes or canteens in the city:
• Rated 5: Rio's Piri Piri at 243 Portswood Road, Southampton; rated on March 25
• Rated 5: Muse Coffee Co at 2 - 4 London Road, Southampton; rated on March 23
• Rated 5: Muse Coffee Company Limited at 14 The Broadway, Portswood Road, Southampton; rated on March 23
• Rated 5: Zento Sushi at 17 Hanover Buildings, Southampton; rated on March 23
Pubs, bars and nightclubs
Three ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs in the city:
• Rated 5: Bridge Bar at Level 4 Building 42, University Road, Southampton; rated on March 13
• Rated 5: Stags Head at Building 38, University Road, Southampton; rated on March 13
• Rated 2: The London Road Brew House at 67 - 75 London Road, Southampton; rated on February 22
Takeaways
Four ratings have been handed out to takeaways in the city:
• Rated 5: Top Chef at 40 High Road, Swaythling, Southampton; rated on March 13
• Rated 5: Roosters Piri Piri at Ground Floor, 25 London Road, Southampton; rated on February 21
• Rated 3: Golden Pool at 102 Kendal Avenue, Southampton; rated on February 22
• Rated 1: Roast Out at 405 Romsey Road, Southampton; rated on February 22
