The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
GRAHAM ORCHARD, 57, of Orpen Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after wine worth £5.95 was stolen from Co-Op in Weston Lane, Southampton. He received a six-month conditional discharge and must pay £5.95 in compensation as well as court costs of £85 and a £26 surcharge.
JOSEPH CULLINANE, 24, of Rossington Avenue, Southampton pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a car park barrier at West Quay Shopping Centre. He also admitted to drug driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance in a Vauxhall Zafira. The driving offences took place in Houndwell Place. Cullinane received a one-year community order with 10 rehabilitation days and a 17-month driving ban. He was fined £80 and must pay £85 court costs.
ANDREW HARRINGTON, 39, of International Way, Southampton pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after alcohol worth £19.65 was stolen from Co-Op. He received a six-month conditional discharge and must pay £19.65 compensation and £85 court costs.

NICKOY PINNOCK, 22, of Windermere Avenue, Southampton admitted to common assault and common assault of an emergency worker. She received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay a £26 surcharge.
WHITNEY HUNT, 29, of Winston Close, Southampton pleaded guilty to three counts of theft from a shop. These relate to two shoplifting at Sainsbury's and one at Co-Op that saw vodka, whisky and groceries worth £301.10. See received a community order with an electronically monitored curfew. She must pay back the value of the items taken as well as £85 court costs.
DARREN HAM, 21, of Northumberland Road, Southampton admitted to assault by beating in Cranbury Place. He also pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class A (crack cocaine) and possessing a controlled drug of Class B (Spice). Ham received a 16-week sentence suspended for 18 months.
