A Southampton homecare provider is celebrating after receiving its second outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission.
Right at Home Solent & Southampton has maintained its outstanding rating from its first-ever inspection in 2018, following a review in December 2023.
Only four per cent of homecare providers in England are currently rated outstanding by the independent regulator.
Throughout the CQC report, the homecare provider received glowing praise for providing person-centred quality care in people’s homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
During the latest inspection, CQC representatives spoke with the Right at Home employees, service users, their family members, and the senior management team.

“What we have accomplished is incredible and we could not have done it without our amazing CareGivers, who are the jewel in our crown, and our office team, who are hugely passionate about providing quality care. We are so proud to have such an incredible workforce.”
