The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
RYAN PAYNE, 20, of Kirdford Close, Crawley was found guilty of theft and assault by beating after he stole £190 from a woman in Southampton. Payne was given an 18-month community order with a 30-day accredited programme, 10 rehabilitation days and 200 hours of unpaid work. Payne must pay £300 court costs plus a £114 surcharge.
IDRIS SADIQEE, 23, of Firgrove Road, Southampton admitted to using a vehicle that was not classed as authorised to be used on that road, driving without due care and attention and driving whilst disqualified. These relate to an incident on the M271. Sadiqee was disqualified for nine months and fined £60. He must pay £85 court costs.
ROBERT FORSYTH, 39, of Hamble Lane, Bursledon was found guilty of driving without due care and attention and drink driving on Hamble Lane, Southampton. He was driving a Ford Galaxy. Forsyth was given an 18-month community order with an alcohol abstinence monitoring requirement, 15 rehabilitation days and 40 hours of unpaid work. He was banned from driving for 39 months and must pay £620 court costs plus a £114 surcharge.

JAMIE ROBERTS, 33, of Burke Drive, Southampton admitted to criminal damage to the door of a property in Byron Road and two counts of harassment. The harassment relates to him turning up at his victim's home in the early hours, making unwanted phone calls and causing damage. Robers received an 18-month community order with a 26-day accredited programme, 10 rehabilitation days, a £600 fine and a restraining order banning him from contacting his victim for the next 18 months. He must pay £85 court costs.
ARJUN SINGH, 18, of Adelaide Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place in St Denys Road, Southampton. Singh was fined £40.
