A man has died near a petrol station in Southampton.
The man, in his 70s, suffered a medical episode not far from the Esso Garage and Tesco Express in West End Road, Southampton.
Paramedics attended and called the police to assist just before 9am today.

Despite the best efforts of the emergency services, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A police response remained in the area for hours after the man's death while officers did initial enquiries into what happened.
A police spokesperson has described the death as 'unexpected'.
They said: “The man’s next of kin are aware of his unexpected death, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
