A Netley salon has won big at a national awards ceremony.
PURE Holistic Beauty, in Station Road, Netley, picked up Local salon of the year at the English Hair & Beauty Awards 2024: Chapter 3, organised by Creative Oceanic.
The winners were confirmed at a black-tie ceremony held on April 21 at The Mercure Bedford Centre Hotel.
A spokesperson for The English Hair and Beauty Awards 2024 said: "It has been an unforgettable night, filled with incredible food, entertainment, vibrant energy, and passionate conversations.
"Winning an award in this prestigious competition is a significant achievement, as it acknowledges the talent and hard work of hair and beauty professionals and sets a benchmark for others to follow.
"The winners of these awards represent the highest standards of quality and service in the English hair and beauty industry.
"We want to congratulate all of our winners and highly commended on their accomplishments."
Following 12 years of celebrating excellence in the industry, The English Hair and Beauty Awards, directed by Creative Oceanic, recognises the top-notch stylists and salons across the south of England.
The massive success of these awards encouraged Creative Oceanic to expand the Hair & Beauty Awards to Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, London, Toronto, and New York.
These additionally established rewards have only boosted the brand's international influence and recognition.
Other local winners included Hair Extensions Salon of the Year, given to The Hair Extension Cave in Salisbury, and Charlotte Brighton from Charlotte’s Beauty in Gosport who won Nail Technician of the Year and Creative Nail Technician of the Year.
The evening did more than just celebrate, it also served as an opportunity to stimulate conversations, inspire other industry professionals and acknowledge the hard work and talent of those who make the English hair and beauty sector what it is today.
