If you're looking for a day out doing something a little different around the Southampton and New Fores area, then water activities could be the thing for you.

Southampton Water Activities Centre
Located on the Longbridge Industrial Estate, the Southampton Water Activities Centre offers a whole lot of fun on the River Itchen.
People have the opportunity to try out powerboating, windsurfing, sailing, paddleboarding and more at the purpose-built watersports centre.
On its website, it says: "As a result of over 35 years of experience in operation, we have a talented team of instructors and an array of boats and equipment."
New Forest Activities at Beaulieu River
If you want to try out some canoeing or kayaking then heading to the banks of the Beaulieu River with New Forest Activities might be for you.
On its website, it says: "Take the River up or downstream, drift on tidal currents or explore hidden creeks.
"Whether it’s your first time in a canoe or you’ve been before, our expert guides will tailor your experience perfectly."
New Forest Water Park
The New Forest Water Park in Fordingbridge offers many family-friendly activities on the water.
This includes kayaking, paddle boarding, two inflatable aqua parks and wakeboarding.
Lymington Sea Water Baths
Lymington Sea Water Baths offers sessions with its inflatable water course as well as paddleboarding.
Discussing the paddleboarding sessions on its website it says: "The perfect location for introducing yourself to paddleboarding. Paddleboarding is great fun for all ages and can be as exciting or relaxing as you’d like!"

Located on the River Hamble, The Paddle Centre is an option for paddleboard and kayak hire.
