The most expensive streets in the town of Eastleigh have been revealed in an analysis of Land Registry data.
Data analysed by Savills has revealed the five streets in the town that have the most expensive houses on average.
The estate agents created the list from Land Registry data based on average second-hand sales over 10 years up until December 2023.
Additionally, Savills only included anything that had a sample of 10 or more sales over the period.

2. Compton Close
Average sale price: £454,475
Number of sales in time period: 14
3. Stoke Common Road
Average sale price: £432,791
Number of sales in time period: 12
4. Sovereign Way
Average sale price: £413,455
Number of sales in time period: 11

5. Walter Lane
Average sale price: £411,600

Overall, only one street in Eastleigh had average house sale prices be more than £500,000 with the rest of the top five being rounded out by those around the £400,000 mark.
According to Rightmove the overall average price for house sales in Eastleigh over the last year was £382,967.
It adds: "The majority of sales in Eastleigh during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £573,955.
"Terraced properties sold for an average of £296,009, with semi-detached properties fetching £355,025.
"Overall, sold prices in Eastleigh over the last year were 3% down on the previous year and 2% up on the 2021 peak of £374,980."
