A Hampshire man who was injured after being hit by a car on the A27 remains in a life-threatening condition.
A 35-year-old man from Portsmouth suffered serious injuries in the incident on the eastbound carriageway near the exit for the Eastern Road.
It was reported that a car had collided with him at around 11pm on Friday (May 10).
He received treatment at the scene and was then rushed to hospital where he remains in a life-threatening condition.

The A27, M27 and M275 were all partly closed on Saturday morning as police investigated the crash.
A spokesperson said: "We are appealing for witnesses after a man suffered serious injuries following a collision on the A27 on Friday night (May 10).
"An investigation is underway into the exact circumstances of the collision, and officers wish to speak with anyone who may be able to assist with these inquiries.
"We would particularly like to hear from anyone with dash cam footage from the area around 11pm.
